This cream did help with the flaking and softening the thickened patches, but the strong aroma is a bit much. I have the psoriasis on my head and it was overpowering in aroma. But it did help. I did use it up when out of my other creams. I find Psoriaflora Psoriasis Cream by Boericke+Tafel to be most useful. I can only find it in 1 ounce tubes. I wish I could find a bigger tube of it, maybe it would bring down the price a bit. Also sold by Amazon.
